ClaudiaG offers a 12 month product guarantee on the workmanship of all leather items, excluding leather jewelry, and a 90 day product guarantee on the workmanship of jewelry and non-leather accessories. Our guarantee does not cover lost items or damage caused by misuse, accident, wear and tear or neglect. The company reserves the right to deny a defective claim based on inspection of the product. In the event the item reported is defective, ClaudiaG will replace the item at no cost to the customer, and if the product is no longer available a credit will be issued of equal value for a new item of the customer’s choice. Shipping costs incurred to send the item to ClaudiaG are not refundable.

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise, you may return your items for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. ClaudiaG offers a money back product guarantee to customers who are the Original Purchaser when the merchandise is shipped from the Company to the customer, Hostess or Consultant. The “Original Purchaser” is the customer, Hostess, or Consultant whose name is listed as the “Customer” on the Order Form. Merchandise can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. If it has been more than 30 days but less than 60 days since the date of purchase, an item may be exchanged only - no refunds. Items are not eligible for exchange more than 60 days after their date of purchase. Gift recipients may return merchandise for an exchange but not for a refund. Products purchased through Hostess rewards may be exchanged, but cannot be redeemed or returned for cash. Products purchased through discounts are subject to refund up to the amount paid for the merchandise. If an item is exchanged for an item of greater value, the price difference and applicable sales tax will be charged. If an item is exchanged for an item of lesser value, the price difference and applicable sales tax will be refunded. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping will be paid by the customer. Please include the original pack slip and a completed Return Authorization Form with your return. Return Authorization Forms are available from your Consultant or can be printed out from our website. Any items received without a pack slip or completed Return Authorization Form may be delayed. All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition. This satisfaction guarantee does not apply to products damaged by abuse or misuse. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing of your return or exchange.
